THE T.J. MARTELL FISHING EXPERIENCE, FEATURING BOB MCLYNN ON BASS

The T.J. Martell Foundation for Cancer Research will present The New York Classic Tournament in NYC on 5/10. The event at North Cove Marina, co-hosted by Bob McLynn of Crush Music and Mark Weiss of 23/7 Global, will combine competitive striped bass fishing, food and drink for a very worthy cause.

“The T.J. Martell Foundation’s cancer research programs are saving lives every day,” says McLynn, “and Mark and I are proud to spearhead this fun, new event to help support an amazing cause.”

Following an afternoon with their lines in the water on the Hudson River/Raritan Bay, participants will convene for comestibles and libations at PJ Clarke’s in the marina. Those taking part have been warned to steer clear of our own Todd Hensley, who continues to claim he can “catch a whole mess uh fishes with a Slim Jim.”
