The latest chapter in Pandora's Snapchat integration enables Pandora Premium users to share songs, albums and playlists on Snapchat via music "cards." Any U.S. Snapchat user who receives such a card will have access to the entire Pandora music library.
To use, you simply tap "share" on Pandora's "now playing" screen and select Snapchat. Music can be added to a Story, shared directly with friends or sent to a group. Viewers of the Snap can swipe up to play Pandora music on demand. Those without a Pandora Premium account will have to view a 30-second ad beforehand.
Will this integration help Pandora, which has moved into fourth place in the on-demand streaming race, on-board a ton of Snapchat's users, who skew quite young? We shall see. It's certainly one instance in which those kids won't mind getting carded.
