"IN MY FEELINGS" IS SPOTIFY'S SONG OF THE SUMMER

Everyone loved Kiki this summer—at least at Spotify where Drake’s “In My Feelings” has been crowned the song of the summer.

“In My Feelings,” from his album Scorpion, streamed more than 393m times between 6/1 and 8/20.

Maroon 5 f/Cardi B’s ballad “Girls Like You” was second with 293m streams, and Cardi B f/J Balvin and Bad Bunny’s “I Like It” was a mere 4m behind in third place.

The list also includes “One Kiss” by Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa, Ariana Grande’s “no tears left to cry” and Juice WRLD’s “Lucid Dreams.”

"Juice WRLD is undoubtedly the breakout star of the summer,” says Carl Chery, Spotify’s Head of Urban Music. “His rise was one of the quickest in recent memory but his music has proven to have staying power. His knack for melodies and his willingness to be vulnerable on songs like ‘Lucid Dreams’ connected with his audience in a real way."
