PULIJAL PROMOTED

Arjun Pulijal has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing for Capitol Records and will lead the label’s marketing department from his office in the Tower.

Pulijal is responsible for overseeing the design and execution of marketing campaigns for the full Capitol roster. Pulijal was previously Vice President of Marketing for the label.

Pulijal has conceived and executed innovative large-scale campaigns for artists such as Paul McCartney, Beck, Halsey and Arcade Fire.

“Arjun has a remarkable ability to bring an artist’s vision to life and to create the impactful moments that are key to any successful marketing campaign,” Capitol President Jeff Vaughn said. “His experience across a broad range of genres makes him the ideal executive to lead Capitol’s marketing team into the future.”

Pulijal joined Capitol in 2013 as a Director of Marketing, rising to Vice President in 2017. Prior to joining Capitol, Pulijal spent seven years at Epic Records in New York, first in A&R and then throughout various departments, including Publicity and Digital, before becoming a Marketing Director in 2009.
