LUNDEEN CALLING

Promo veteran Edie Lundeen is joining Epitaph Records as Director of National Radio Promotions (Alternative/Rock). She worked closely with several of the label’s artists (including The Interrupters, Falling in Reverse, Bad Suns and Thrice) during her prior stint as National Director Atlernative & Rock at Amplify Entertainment Group.

Lundeen, whose CV also includes serving as Head of Promo at Cult Records, as VP Alternative Promo at Sony RED and in various capacities at Capitol, Virgin, Lava and elsewhere, counted herself “thrilled to be the newest member of the Epitaph family,” adding, “Who would have thought, when I was playing Bad Religion’s ‘Atomic Garden’ on college radio, that I would be working for the incomparable Brett Gurewitz.”

Epitaph Founder/CEO Gurewitz declared that Lundeen’s “skill and experience will be a fantastic addition” before resuming his search for a 9-volt battery to power his phase shifter pedal.

You can reach out to Edie, who’s based in the label’s L.A. office, at [email protected].
