Love4Live, a free online meditation portal, has been providing the live-music community with a series of weekly conversations with leading meditation experts and live classes over the last few months.
Launched by music-industry vet and former Live Nation CEO of Global Music Jason Garner as a way to give back to those who've been impacted by the pandemic, the project is culminating with a virtual retreat.
The three-day Zoom event—12/4-12/6—which is suitable for any level of meditation skill, will feature luminaries Sharon Salzberg, Trudy Goodman, Ph.D., and Thomas Davis, along with host Garner.
