Seth Lichtenstein has been practicing entertainment law for more than 35 years. In 1996, following stints in San Francisco and at three firms in L.A., Seth became partners with Ken Hertz and forged what would become Hertz Lichtenstein Young & Polk LLP. Seth has represented some of the most well-known musicians and performers in the world and has negotiated a wide range of agreements at the highest level, including recording, touring, endorsements, sponsorships and casino residencies. He also has significant experience in music publishing, representing both major and independent publishers, and in fashion, where he has helped firm clients develop and operate fashion and licensing initiatives. Seth previously served as a law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

A native of South Los Angeles, Marquis “Quest” Malloy focuses his practice on strategy and entertainment transactions, while representing leading creative talent, such as Grammy-nominated artist D Smoke and writer/producer Jeanine Daniels. He is responsible for advising a roster of clients across music, television, film, commercial endorsements, brand influencing and live events.
