HIGH TURNS 40

Def Leppard is bringing on the heartbreak Saturday (8/28) with a livestream celebrating the 40th anniversary of their 1981 double-platinum album, High ‘n’ Dry.

The stream will be a track-by-track retrospective featuring interviews with members Joe Elliott, Rick Savage and Rick Allen (for those keeping score at home, guitarist Phil Collen joined the band for 1983’s Pyromania, while Vivian Campbell was called up after original guitarist Steve Clark passed away in 1991). Collen, Campbell and other special guests will discuss High ‘n’ Dry’s influence and answer questions from fans.

The hour-plus event, produced by Single Music, a Nashville company that uses artists’ Shopify accounts to sell music and merch directly to consumers, is available only in the Def Leppard Vault; tickets for the High ‘n’ Dry 40th Anniversary Retrospective are available here.

Def Leppard returns to action in June 2022, headlining a stadium tour with guests Mötley Crüe, Poison and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. So stock up on those pleather hot pants and cans of Aqua Net.
