SPOTIFY HAILS AUGUSTUS

Jackie Augustus, a former general in the Justin Bieber fan army, has joined Spotify’s Artist Partnerships team, working with country and folk acts.

She will report to Head of Artist Partnerships Mary Catherine Kinney.

Augustus was most recently strategic partner manager on the Meta Music Partnerships team. Prior to that, she was head of digital marketing at Scooter Braun’s SB Projects, which she joined in 2012, three years after launching the Bieber fan account @BieberArmy on Twitter.

Lauded for her savvy approach to the digital world, the former Noisemaker is working on a time machine that would allow the Phillies to take down the Astros in the World Series.
