LOVE ROCKS NYC READY TO ROLL

James Taylor, the John Mayer Trio and Sheryl Crow are among the performers lined up for the seventh annual LOVE ROCKS NYC benefit concert for God’s Love We Deliver, which will take place 3/9 at New York's Beacon Theatre.

Mavis Staples, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, St. Vincent, Rufus Wainwright, Jim James, Stephen Marley, Gary Clark Jr., Allison Russell, The War and Treaty and Bernie Williams are also scheduled to perform.

John Varvatos, real estate broker/concert producer Greg Williamson and concert/events producer Nicole Rechter are serving as executive producers of the benefit for the organization, which provides meals and nutrition counseling to people in the New York metropolitan area living with severe illness. Since launching in 2017, the annual LOVE ROCKS NYC concerts have raised more than $25m.

Musical director Will Lee will lead a house band that includes Steve Gadd, Shawn Pelton, Larry Campbell and a six-piece horn section.

Ticket presales start Thursday (1/26).
