UMPG INKS MAGGIE ROGERS

Universal Music Publishing Group has signed a global agreement with Grammy-nominated Capitol singer-songwriter and producer Maggie Rogers.

Rogers initially attracted industry attention with her 2017 EP, Now That the Light Is Fading. Global success followed with the 2019 release of her debut album, Heard It in a Past Life, which earned Rogers a Best New Artist nod. Her sophomore album, Surrender, arrived last year. She appeared on Zach Bryan’s “Dawn” in January.

“Maggie is one of my favorite songwriters, and I've been lucky to work alongside her since the early stages of her incredible career,” said UMPG EVP and Co-Head of A&R Jennifer Knoepfle. We are so excited for her next chapter in her new home at UMPG. She will have the best support for her creative journey.”

Rogers just wrapped her Feral Joy Tour and will next embark on her Summer of ’23 Tour. The 12-city run, which will include stops at the Hollywood Bowl and Red Rocks Amphitheatre, kicks off 7/24 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and concludes 9/29 in Washington, D.C. Click here for details.
