CHASE MURPHY NAMED PD OF KHMX-HOUSTON

Chase Murphy is the new Operations Manager at Houston's Hot AC "Mix 95.5" KHMX, taking over day-to-day responsibilities, including digital and event creation.

He fills the spot vacated by Charese Fruge after her exit as VP Programming last November. Murphy was most recently OM/Regional Program Director for iHeartMedia, overseeing several stations in Central Texas.

“Chase is a leader, a team builder, a talent coach and a builder of brands. He is the perfect fit for KHMX, a big brand with great heritage in the Houston market,” said Sarah Frazier, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, CBS Radio Houston.
