ADAM RALSTON APPOINTED VP MARKETING FOR iHEARTMEDIA-BOSTON

iHeartMedia Boston announced that Adam Ralston has been named Vice President of Marketing, effective 5/20.

Ralston is a Boston radio marketing veteran with more than a decade of experience; a majority of his 17+ year career has been spent in the Boston market, overseeing a variety of popular stations such as WRKO and WAAF.

In his new role, Ralston will work closely with the promotions, events, sales and programming teams in developing and executing marketing for the market’s iconic brands and franchises in the eight-station cluster, for broadcasting and digital.

Ralston will report to Dylan Sprague, VP of Programming for iHeartMedia Boston.

“Adam’s leadership, programming and sales strategy, event experience, knowledge of the market and long history of success coupled with his strong local relationships stood out and I know he is the perfect fit,” said Sprague. “I’m thrilled to have him lead our best-in-class marketing team and contribute to our brands’ ongoing success.”

"I look forward to immersing myself in the fantastic culture, creating top of the line marketing strategies and contributing to these iconic brands and franchises,” added Ralston, "and I'm waiting for the rest of my quote to download from corporate."
