Sony/ATV has extended its worldwide deal with L.A.-based Swedish songwriter Noonie Bao, who's written hits for Camila Cabello, David Guetta, Zedd & Alessia Cara and more.
The long-term agreement includes Zedd & Alessia Cara smash "Stay," Cabello's "Never Be the Same"—now two-times platinum in the U.S.—Rita Ora's "Let You Love Me"—currently Top 5 in the U.K.—and future compositions.
“It has been incredible to watch Noonie’s growth as she has matured into one of the most accomplished topliners and lyricists in the world today," announced U.K. Managing Director and President, Worldwide Creative Guy Moot. "She has already created an unbelievable catalogue of songs, but we know that there is still so much more to come from her.”
“We are so thrilled to continue our relationship with Noonie," added SVP, Co-Head of West Coast A&R Amanda Hill, who serves as Bao’s U.S.-based A&R. "She is an incredibly gifted songwriter mixed with the heart and soul of a beautiful human being which makes it all that more wonderful to be in business with her.”
