PRIMARY WAVE TAPS JANE REISMAN AS CFO
4/29/19

Primary Wave Music Publishing has kicked off 2019 with a handful of notable acquisitions and new signings including Paul Anka, Leon Russell, DJ White Shadow, Carlie Hanson and Gaither Music Group.

With such a heavy lineup to manage, the company has announced the hiring of Jane Reisman as new Chief Financial Officer.

Reisman brings over 25 years of finance, accounting leadership and music industry experience to Primary Wave. As the newly appointed CFO, she will oversee all financial functions for the company.

Reisman takes over the CFO responsibility from Ramon Villa, who as an early partner of the firm has served the dual role of CFO and Chief Operating Officer but will now concentrate fulltime on his COO duties, which include overseeing the day-to-day operations of Primary Wave's offices on both coasts.

"I am thrilled to be joining this impressive team of innovators to help expand the reach and influence of the music of so many iconic artists and songwriters," says Reisman. "To be able to work with this company that values creativity, excellence and diversity is truly an honor."

"We are excited to have Jane join our executive team and family. I am personally joyed to have another set of strong, capable and caring hands to help manage our company of creative assets and partnerships exponentially growing every day," added Villa, "just make sure this announcement doesn't run in HITS."
