WHAT IT IS: The American record producer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and recipient of the 2013 Hal David Starlight Award from the Songwriters Hall of Fame is a five-time BMI Songwriter of the Year Award winner and the 2017 iHeartRadio Producer of the Year. He’s responsible for more than 100m album sales worldwide, due to his work with Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber, Maroon 5, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Sia, The Weeknd, Selena Gomez and Kanye West, among others.
