WHAT IT IS: 24-year-old Austin native Dylan Gossett is crafting a unique musical identity through an authentic blend of folk and red-dirt country songwriting. Inspired by a wave of emerging singer-songwriters, Gossett started posting his music in April of this year. His song “Coal” quickly resonated with fans, going viral and amassing over 5m views on TikTok.
